Ans: The Basic Plan is FREE and has a time period limit of 1 Year in which upto 100 members can be enrolled in the program. If you have to enroll more members into your program or if your period of 1 year gets over you will need to upgrade to Standard or Enhanced Plan.

Ans : Once the Registration ( for Standard or Enhanced) is complete, you will receive an email with the access details for the platform. When you login, you will be taken to the Payment /Billing Screen directly. You can pay using your Visa or Mastercard.

Ans: Yes, we have Monthly, Quarterly, 6-Monthly and Yearly option. So, the payment can be made accordingly.

Note: Yearly payment qualifies for 10% DISCOUNT!

Ans: As a Business Owner (using your admin credentials) when you log into the main application platform, you will notice a Renew / Upgrade Plan option in the Menu. There you can select the appropriate action. After the Payment is done the new Menus for Standard Plan gets assigned to the admin ( Business Owner login). The additional menus made available can be further assigned by the admin to the outlets or staff ( if needed).

Ans: The Enhanced Plan has advanced features including Survey, Call Center and eGifting Catalogue ( with access to e-vouchers of over 2000+ global brands). The Enhanced Plan FEE is USD 199.00 per month. Also, since we give access to the eGifting Catalogue, the Business owner needs to TOPUP the eGifting Catalogue Account over and above.

The eGifting Catalogue account when TOPPED UP will enable the loyalty members of the Business to get access to evouchers of 2000+ global brands, which they can redeem with the points they have accrued at the business.

Ans: eGifting Catalogue gives access to e-vouchers of over 2000+ global brands of your region. The eGifting Catalogue account when TOPPED UP will enable the Loyalty Members of your Business to get access the 2000+ global branded evouchers.

The Business Owner can TOPUP with either of the options made available viz. USD 100 , USD 500 , USD 1000 , USD 5000

Once TOPPED up, your loyalty members will be able to redeem evouchers upto the value of TOPUP Amount. So, based on the total points issued, by your business, you can accordingly TOPUP your egifting catalogue account.

Ans: The Business gets access to a Loyalty Portal and the customers of the business who wish to enroll into the program can use SIGN UP. They can become members by entering their name , email id and phone number.

Ans: In the Basic Plan, the Business have option to enter the transactions.

In Standard and Enhanced Plan, we give two additional options :
1. Upload CSV or Excel file: Once the Data Mapping is done the business can upload the CSV and excel data on a regular basis.
2. API Integration with PoS or External System ( Online ): If the Business has PoS or External Systems , we facilitate integration using our secure and seamless APIs.
